Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of credit consulting and advisory services, all sales are final once services have begun.

A refund may be issued only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  1. A refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase, AND
  2. No work has been started, including but not limited to:
  3. Credit analysis
  4. Strategy development
  5. Account setup
  6. Dispute preparation or submission
  7. Consultations or advisory services

If these conditions are met, a full refund may be issued to the original form of payment.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued once any of the following have occurred:

  1. Credit reports have been reviewed or analyzed
  2. A personalized credit plan or strategy has been created
  3. Disputes have been prepared or submitted
  4. Business credit setup or guidance has been provided
  5. Advisory or consulting services have been delivered

This applies to both personal and business credit services.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

SnF Credit Services does not guarantee specific results, deletions, approvals, or credit score increases. Credit outcomes vary based on individual credit profiles, reporting accuracy, and bureau response times. Refunds are not issued based on results or timelines.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact SnF Credit Services directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested with documentation showing services rendered.
