1. Scope of Services

SF Credit Solutions provides personal and business credit consulting, including credit analysis, educational guidance, dispute assistance for inaccurate or unverifiable information, and preparation for approvals.

Our services are educational and advisory in nature. We do not provide legal advice, debt settlement, or guaranteed results.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and up to date information necessary for SF Credit Solutions to deliver its services

• Follow recommendations and guidance provided to improve credit profiles responsibly

• Maintain timely payments on existing accounts and obligations

Clients acknowledge that their credit outcomes depend on the accuracy of information provided by credit bureaus, creditors, and their personal financial actions.

3. No Guaranteed Results

SF Credit Solutions does not guarantee specific results, deletions, approvals, or credit score increases. Credit outcomes vary based on individual credit profiles, reporting accuracy, and bureau response times.

4. Fees and Payment

Clients agree to pay for services according to the pricing outlined in their service agreement.

• All fees are one time and non refundable once services have commenced

• Refunds may only be issued within 24 hours of purchase and if no work (credit analysis, account setup, dispute preparation, consultations) has been started

• Flexible payment options may be available through Affirm or other approved methods

5. Confidentiality

SF Credit Solutions respects the privacy and confidentiality of all client information. Personal information is collected solely to deliver services and is never sold or shared with third parties except as required to provide services or comply with the law.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice.

• Clients remain responsible for fees for services rendered up to the termination date

• Termination does not affect the confidentiality obligations of either party

7. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless SF Credit Solutions, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of services, including but not limited to inaccuracies in credit reports, disputes with creditors, or financial losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Texas courts.

9. Amendment of Terms

SF Credit Solutions reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

• Clients will be notified of material changes

• Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms

10. Additional Compliance Notes 

• Services are educational and advisory, not shortcuts or guaranteed solutions

• All dispute assistance is FCRA compliant

• No long-term contracts are required

• Clients are responsible for participation and following guidance
